Art on The Block - 2019, 2020 & 2021

Meet my new studio! Reading Art on The Block - 2019, 2020 & 2021 2 minutes Next Choosing a size - What size art goes where?

I've been absolutely thrilled to have my artworks featured several times on popular Australian renovation show, Channel 9's The Block.

2019

In 2019 the beautiful winners of the year, Tess & Luke, chose to use 'Make me blush' in their formal lounge room. Tess & Luke also used 'Veil' and 'Haze' in their stairwell area.

Also in 2019, Mitch & Mark featured 3 prints in a row in their hallway - 'Crave', 'Midst' and 'Whisper'. A stunning collection of complimentary prints to add a pop of colour.

'Eleventh hour' was featured in 2019 season too! Jesse and Mel utilised the dark beauty of this piece in their hallway & stairwell areas.

2020

In 2020 I got a call from Jasmin & Luke, requesting a custom original artwork via the wonderful Art Lovers Australia! I created this piece in a short space of time - painted, varnished, scanned and framed within the week. The piece 'Written in the stars', glitzed up the hallway of their coastal luxe home.

I got a nice surprise to see a few prints featured in 2020 too! Harry & Tash selected 6 prints to feature in two different spaces. Upstairs 'Enchanted' & 'Spellbound' were featured. And later in the season, they chose 'Emerald Valley', 'Blush mountains', 'We'll fly free 1' and 'We'll fly free 2'.

2021

In 2021 'Make me blush' made a comeback, this time hanging with 'Last kiss' in a stunning homely bedroom created by Kirsty & Jesse.

Also making their second shining debut on national television was 'We'll fly free' diptych, hanging proudly in Josh & Luke's master bathroom.

To say I am grateful is an understatement. Thank you to Art Lovers Australia and Artist Lane, for your expertise and support as my suppliers.

And a huge thank you to all of the contestants who chose my artworks. You'll probably never know just how much this means to me.

All my love, Fern xx
